Hello. I'm Jonathan Dee.
I co-founded Inspired Property Group. I specialise in Title Splits, and I've been in UK property for over a decade. This is the short version of how I got here, so you can decide whether we'd work well together.
From procurement to property.
I didn't start in property. I started in corporate procurement, which taught me to read contracts properly, manage risk and finish what I'd started. Useful habits, as it turned out.
When I moved into property I tried a few strategies before settling on Title Splits. They're technical, the margin for error is small, and they suit someone who likes doing things in the right order.
Over the years that's added up to 15+ Title Split projects, £10m+ of property controlled and £20m+ of investor capital placed. I'm still involved in every project.
IPG is the team that makes it work. We source and run the projects, and through Inspired Management and Lettings we look after landlords' properties too.
The path so far.

Corporate procurement
Contracts, suppliers, risk and getting complicated deals over the line correctly. Not glamorous, but it stuck.

Into property
I moved into UK property full time and tried a few strategies to learn how the market really works.

Having tried a few things, I settled on Title Splits. It rewards process and punishes guesswork, which suits me.

I co-founded IPG to do Title Split projects properly, with a small group of investor partners. We also run Inspired Management and Lettings.

Boats, Minis and making things.
I'm restoring a 1969 Princess 31 cruiser, which is a reliable way to learn patience and spend money. I rebuilt a 1972 Mini at 17 and never really stopped tinkering.
I like making and fixing things. I'm also a dad of three, which keeps the rest of it in perspective.
One-to-one, for established operators.
I take on a few one-to-one property mentoring clients a year. You'll already be running a property business and want someone to challenge your decisions. It's with me personally, not an IPG service.
