Process

From enquiry to onboarding.

  1. 01

    Private Enquiry

    A short, confidential enquiry submitted through the contact form. Each is read personally.

  2. 02

    Qualification Conversation

    A private call to confirm regulatory qualification, investment objectives and timing. There is no commercial pitch at this stage.

  3. 03

    Reservation

    A reservation fee of £6,000 + VAT secures your place in the Inspired Property Group opportunities queue. A live project may be available, but in most cases investors join the queue and are introduced to the next suitable Title Split opportunity as it arises.

  4. 04

    Opportunity Introduction

    When a suitable project reaches your position in the queue, the full project memorandum and supporting documentation are presented under NDA.

  5. 05

    Formal Onboarding

    AML, KYC and source-of-funds checks are completed under the regulatory framework appropriate to the structure.

  6. 06

    Execution & Reporting

    The project is executed under Jonathan's direct involvement, with reporting on an agreed schedule.
