1. Who we are

This website, jonathandee.co.uk, is operated by Jonathan Dee in his capacity as co-founder of Inspired Property Group (the "Firm"). The Firm is the data controller for personal data submitted through this website.

2. What we collect

When you submit a private enquiry we collect your name, email address, telephone number (if provided), the nature of your enquiry and any other information you choose to share. Server logs additionally record IP address, browser type and timestamp for security and diagnostic purposes.

3. Why we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and to determine whether mutual fit exists.
• To carry out qualification, AML, KYC and source-of-funds checks where you proceed to onboarding.
• To meet our legal, regulatory and record-keeping obligations.
• To protect the security and integrity of this website.

Our lawful bases are: (i) steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract; (ii) our legitimate interests in operating a private investment firm; and (iii) compliance with legal obligations.

4. Who we share it with

Personal data is not sold or rented. We share data only with: professional advisers (legal, accounting, regulatory), AML and identity-verification providers, hosting and email infrastructure providers, and competent authorities where required by law.

5. International transfers

Our infrastructure providers may process data outside the United Kingdom. Where this occurs, transfers are made under the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or equivalent safeguards.

6. Retention

Enquiry correspondence is retained for up to 24 months from the last contact. Records relating to qualified investors and completed projects are retained for the period required under applicable AML and tax legislation (currently a minimum of five years from the end of the business relationship).

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of your personal data, and to request portability. Requests should be addressed to office@jonathandee.co.uk. You may also lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
